Schah-Zaman Maiwandi Director General of National Environmental Protection Agency during his trip to Balkh province met with M Eshaq Rahgozar governor of Balkh and two sides discussed about concern matters.
Dr. Mohammad Afzal Hadid director of Balkh provincial council, directors of National Security, Information & Cultural and Environmental Protection also participated in this meeting.
